Conditions

We check each item carefully before posting. If buyer believes an item is incorrect or faulty, buyer can return the item in its original state for store credit of equal amount to the price of the item in 5 days after receiving the item. Postage is not refundable. Contaminated or damaged items will be charged necessary fees to restore the items to their original state. Items that cannot be restored to their original state will not be accepted. For RC tanks, every tank we sell is carefully tested before posting, to ensure it is free of any problems. After receiving the tanks, buyer shall take out the items carefully to avoid damages. Before starting the tank, buyer shall carefully read the manual and follow all the instructions. We are NOT responsible for any damages caused by incorrect handling of the item(s) by buyer.

Modifying/upgrading process is often like a production process and requires certain skills/tools, sometimes leading to damages. We are NOT responsible for any damages/problems that occur during modifying/upgrading process by buyers.

We supply each product on the strict undertaking that it will be used in accordance with the instructions of the products and the laws of the country/state of buyers. We are not responsible for any damages caused by any use by buyers of the products and it is the responsibility of buyers to use the products in accordance with the instructions of the products and in a reasonable manner.

We do our best to provide accurate description of our products. Some pictures may vary slightly from actual products, except those specified as "as shown in the picture". As products produced by manufactures may vary slightly from time to time, it is extremely dificult to provide 100% accurate pictures for each product. Buyers who require 100% accurate pictures should contact us before placing orders.
